Located in the North End of Kelowna, 966 Crowley is the first building of its kind in Kelowna, combining a unique blend of industrial, office commercial and residential construction. With over 55,000 square feet of space, its unique mixed use nature earned GEC the 2023 Southern Interior Construction Association’s Industrial Excellence Award. Our team completed the build with local Okanagan trades, and on-time, which was crucial as we had a tight schedule for tenants to move in.

- Emil Anderson Group – commercial office space across the 3rd and 4th floors, including multiple board rooms and meeting spaces and a large kitchen space to support 60+ employees.
- Anodyne Electronics Manufacturing (AEM) – office space and two floors of manufacturing and industrial space
- Six residential apartments, complete with full kitchens.
