GEC is privileged to be involved in an upcoming affordable housing initiative that will help address the critical need for housing for members of the Seabird Island Band, near Agassiz, BC. In the coming months, GEC will deliver a new, 3-storey, combined Family Apartment/Townhouse building for our clients, as well as a new, 1-storey Elders Apartment building.
This new project will provide housing to those that need it most, including seniors, community members living with disabilities, students, young families and those youth aging out of foster care who all require affordable living options.
