Located in Chilliwack, The Eddy at the Bridge has quickly become a local favourite gathering space,
nestled alongside the Vedder River.
Gerry Enns Contracting was proud to lead this project, which includes a the construction of a single
storey commercial building, complete with underground parking, two mezzanines and tenant improvements. This project is one of the best examples of our organization’s vertical integration, with
Emil Anderson Properties managing the space, Emil Anderson Construction spearheading the civil
works and GEC handling the overall building construction. Tenants in the project include:
