franchise, a series of three 1200 square foot commercial spaces and a larger built-to-suit
development parcel.
GEC recently led the renovation of the larger development parcel, transforming a 2,500 sq.ft.
grocery store into a dance studio on behalf of our client, Emil Anderson Properties.
