Gerry Enns Contracting oversaw construction management on the 10,500 SF KIA dealership in Chilliwack, complete with a mechanical shop. The project included the construction of a beautiful showroom, service bays, a wash bay, and car displays.

• The dealership was built using tilt-up construction.
• Our scope included complete exterior site services, including landscaping and the construction of a parking lot.
• The 2,300 SF second floor features a lunch room, boardroom, and offices.
